Welcome to Art Gallery SL. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are kept deliberately short and plain.

Who can use the platform

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Art Gallery SL. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Artists and their work

Artists keep full ownership of the artwork they upload. By uploading, you confirm the work is yours to share and you give us permission to display it on the platform. You may remove your work at any time.

Inquiries and transactions

Art Gallery SL connects buyers and artists through inquiries. Any sale, payment, or delivery is arranged directly between the buyer and the artist. We are not a party to those transactions and do not handle payments.

Community conduct

Be respectful. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is abusive. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Points, badges, and rewards

Community features such as points, badges, streaks, and rewards exist to encourage participation. They have no cash value and may be adjusted or reset to keep the system fair.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make important changes, we will let users know.
